Working on a new project with movie actor and Playboy® Playmate Irina Voronina. I had covered two large cards with some fluffy blue fabric which I used for my backdrop. I had placed them side by side to give the impression of a corner of a room. For this lighting setup I had placed the lights in front of the model, positioned on the left of the camera was a large soft box and on camera right was a 1/2 dome soft box. There was also one strip light placed behind the model (Left) that I used as a back body light. The lights are all set up very close to the model so that it rap’s around the model to fall off onto the backdrop which helped give a nice and lighted backdrop.
I had also placed a my white shiny board on the floor to bounce any of the light up and to also give the model something solid to stand on as the floor could play a part in the shot. You can just see the shiny board in the B/W shots. I was also using a fan to blow the model’s hair to give some sort of movement to the model’s hair I think its a nice touch and makes it a little bit more glamorous. Irina is very professional and has a lot of experience, she is fantastic to work with on any project.
